Oscar... riflessioni a caldo

Le due notizie sono che Dreamgirls e Volvèr sono stati trombati.
Al primo, fresco vincitore del Golden Globes, erano stati assicurati i premi maggiori, miglior film e regia... e invece, si deve accontentare dei premi tecnici e due attori non protagonisti.
Almodovar, poi, sembrava il vincitore annunciato già da sei mesi ma evidentemente questo è stato controproducente. Oppure i giurati hanno ritenuto sufficiente la candidatura della sua protagonista, Penelope Cruz. A questo punto Il Labirinto del Fauno ha il premio in tasca.
Sono molto contento per Little Miss Sunshine, un piccolo gioiello che meritava di essere segnalato (anche se in America ha avuto un enorme successo!!!).
Alla fine la gara sarà fra Babel e The Departed (entrambi candidati per i premi maggiori: film, regia, sceneggiatura, montaggio, attori).Sono entrambi film con un gran cast corale, quindi non si corre il rischio Crash, con un colpo di mano degli attori dell'Academy. Visto che nessuno primeggia, probabilmente ci sarà una salomonica spartizione. Scorsese regia, Babel miglior film. O forse il contrario, visto che Scorsese è già stato premiato per la regia e mai per il film, mentre Inarritu è giovane e s'ha da fare.
Giù in basso trovate gli aggiornamenti a fianco alle mie previsioni... beh... non c'ero poi andato tanto lontano!!!

Per la terza settimana consecutiva il botteghino italiano ha registrato incassi che si aggirano intorno ai 14 milioni di euro... tempo di vacche grasse!!!
Cinque film hanno fatto il miracolo. Rocky Balboa (che quando s'è saputo che Stallone girava un altro Rocky le risate di scherno si sono sprecate!), Apocalypto (vabbè Mel Gibson, La Passione di Cristo, le polemiche... ma un film in lingua maya è pur sempre un film in lingua maya!!!), Casino Royale (007 nei secoli dei secoli), La Ricerca della Felicità (Muccino regna, dopo l'eccellente esordio perde solo il 20% e rimane sopra i 3 milioni di incasso... vedremo la prossima settimana ma di questo passo potrebbe minacciare De Sica e compagni!) e Manuale d'Amore (6 milioni da record! E chi se l'aspettava...).
Dopo un'autunno triste triste, l'inverno si presenta con i fiocchi... nonostante sia l'inverno più caldo degli ultimi tre secoli (alla faccia di chi dice che se fa caldo la gente non va al cinema!!!).
